After the 4th day i started to look gradually worse, like my skin had aged a decade /im naturally skinny and at this point I didn’t feel hunger so i was 181/54 and looked like a tall zombie / my attention span was a few seconds at a time and i was super sensitive to light, sound, touch of course there were the shadow people bothering me, but i got used to them. The first 2 days I was ok, a little annoyed at everyone, but totally manageable, I didn’t have the need to sleep. It was not on purpose I still don’t know what caused it. I imagine that you won't listen to my first advice, so please, report back with the results :) I also remember seeing a good show on National Geographic or Discovery about the effects of sleep deprivation which include heart attack, panic attack, extreme headaches, illusions, losing the ability to control parts of your body, and other strange shit that I'm not sure I would want to experience.Īfter the three-day marathon, I slept for 25 straight hours, but man, that was one of my best sleeps EVER! your brain goes through various stages of sleep while you're awake, meaning you will probably start dreaming although you're awake. I've full on hallucinated too, I've taken all sorts of hallucinogens and the 'best' hallucinations I've ever had were due to sleep deprivation. Stringing a sentence together becomes somewhat of a challenge and the shadows. After 72 hours your mind starts playing tricks on you, and you turn into an incoherent weirdo.
